In June of 1996, upon recognizing the needs that schools have as businesses, John Romine formed JCR & Associates.

Within three years time, it grew to manage seventeen schools. Recognizing the benefits of a partnership, JCR & Associates was acquired by Beacon Management from Boston, Massachusetts.

In the fall of 2001, The Romine Group was formed to once again provide management services to public school academies. We are a company that brings to the marketplace a unique blend of business expertise and educational background. We have successfully linked business and education together.

Education has referred to the 3 R's as it's basic foundation: The Romine Group has it's own 5 R's for business relationships. The following guiding principals our conduct and decision-making.
