Paddock goes beyond the call of duty at Hanley. He definitely knows how to successful run a school like a business providing stellar customer service to all those he encounters (teachers, superiors, parents, students, board members and authorizer). He embraces every challenge presented to him.

Mr. Paddock oversees all compliance with GVSU, GSRP (pre-school), and the state. Hanley’s compliance status is 100%. Mr. Paddock is able manage and lead multiple jobs at the school. There has never been a time I have asked him to anything and he has dropped the ball. I cannot say that about many people, but I had to add this because it speaks volumes about his work ethic.

He does the school’s SRSD reporting we have never had any findings under his direction. Mr. Paddock helps Hanley sustain a sound budget and strong fund balance from year to year. Mr. Paddock works diligently to insure Hanley’s financial future is viable. This man’s attention to detail and drive to excel is contagious.

Aside from his savvy business side and drive for perfection, he offers a gentle spirit to the staff. He listens and solves problems. He mentors and motivates the staff. He supports anyone who seeks his refuge. He is a loyal and valued employee. We love him and are so thankful he got sick of Target and decided to come back to education where he belongs!
